Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your decision. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. There are NO refunds! See below for more information on our return policy.
Returns:
- All return items must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- No return or exchange for worn items - no exception. All items must be unworn.
- To return an item, please email customer service at SlayFitzApparel@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided in the email. Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a store credit or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return for store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return had been processed. All exchanges must be the equal value of the original purchase before taxes. Store credit is valid for 15 days from issuance.
